She started out as a manager in the operations department, but later developed a strong interest in sourcing and recruitment while being temporarily tasked to handle it for a time. From then on, she held various HR and recruiting roles in companies of different industries over the past 5 years, which enabled her to gain more knowledge and skills, as well as understand the importance of an efficient recruitment process and the business impact it entails.
