Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will provide virtual support to the company by managing and overseeing business projects and operations. The ideal person for this position is a proactive and motivated individual, and has a strong understanding with business processes and people management. 

The successful candidate will be working Mondays-Fridays from 8am-4pm US Eastern time.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, operational management, and people management
  • Solid experience in supporting a C-level executives
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Clickup, G-Suite, Calendly, LMS platforms, Slack, and other basic virtual tools
  • Ability to implement efficient processes and procedures in running daily business operations
  • Solid knowledge of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Strong leadership skills and can effectively delegate, communicate and take responsibility for a virtual team
  • Excellent English communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Quick-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines, juggling multiple priorities and tasks
  • Ability to work as a positive, contributing member of a team

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work directly with our CEO on projects to  support growth with a focus on building and streamlining systems, documenting SOPs
  • Spearhead the planning, implementation,  evaluation and improvement of assigned projects
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and emails
  • Monitor flow of projects from assigning tasks to team members, loading tasks in Clickup, and closing completed projects
  • Review, streamline, suggest, and create processes to improve or replace existing systems including HR-related processes (employee engagement model, annual employee reviews, employee orientation program, employee off-boarding)
  • Audit emails and Gdrive by checking available materials (graphics, content, videos, etc.) and organize them for future use
  • Keep track of key statistics for the business on a weekly and monthly basis, analyze and interpret data, set-up a reporting system, and present data to Executives during meetings
  • Identify the needs of the company and ensure that adequate and suitable resources are in place to meet company goals (e.g. people, materials, etc.)
  • Scheduling social media posts
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
