This role will involve:
- Supporting the Regulatory Shareholding Reporting (“RSR”) Americas Region.
- Monitoring and reporting of Credit Suisse Group’s (CSG) shareholdings in all relevant issuers in fulfillment of Large Shareholder (incl. Sensitive Industries Monitoring), Short-Selling, Takeover Panel and Disclosure of Interest Reporting requirements.
- Supporting interpretation of all regulatory requirements affecting the area, where required coordination with internal/external counsels.
- Supporting the IT implementation of system changes/upgrades to meet the introduction of new regulatory reporting requirements or changes to existing regulatory requirements, incl. delivering business requirements and performing necessary user testing.

The principal role of the Global Regulatory Shareholding Reporting (“GRSR”) function is to monitor the Credit Suisse Group’s (‘CSG’) shareholdings in issuers/ or securities and to prepare/submit disclosures in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with local disclosure requirements. The GRSR function covers globally the mandates Large Shareholder- (incl. US 13F, Article of Association and Sensitive Industries), Short Selling/Positions & Takeover Panel Reporting requirements. The function owns further related mandates such as position checks regarding Conflicts, ad-hoc Disclosure of Interest requests from issuers and/or agents, Research Holdings Reports etc. With a geographic footprint in the Americas, EMEA, Switzerland and APAC, the RSR function executes its directive on a Bank-wide basis.
